You will collaborate closely with the Training and Development Manager to design and deliver exceptional training that supports outstanding customer service and long-term workforce growth. As a Training and Development Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

Developing Dynamic Strategies: Create and implement training strategies that align with operational priorities.
Identifying Learning Needs: Assess the training needs of new and existing staff to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Delivering Engaging Training: Design and facilitate high-quality training sessions that inspire and motivate.
Supporting Career Pathways: Assist in developing clear career pathways to enhance staff retention and satisfaction.
Promoting Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of ongoing development within the Customer Service Centre.

A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
