Today, Arabian Oud is a globally renowned fragrance house headquartered in Saudi Arabia, with more than 1,000 stores worldwide, over 400 distinctive products and a presence across 35 countries.

Our signature boutiques can be found in some of the world’s most prestigious destinations, including Paris, Dubai, Milan, Madrid, Nice, Berlin, New York, Kuala Lumpur and London.

We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new boutique at Lakeside, launching in November 2026. As part of this exciting expansion, we are seeking experienced and accomplished Sales Specialists to join our founding store team

This is an exceptional opportunity for confident, passionate and service-driven fragrance specialists to represent a prestigious luxury brand. You will play a key role in creating personalised, memorable experiences for every customer while helping establish Arabian Oud's newest UK boutique from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

Deliver a personalised, exceptional fragrance experience to every customer.
Drive sales through expert product demonstrations, fragrance recommendations, scent pairing and cross-selling.
Build lasting customer relationships through attentive and knowledgeable service.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy and discretion.
Maintain the highest standards of brand presentation and customer care.

Visual Merchandising

Uphold premium visual merchandising and presentation standards.
Support seasonal launches, campaigns and new fragrance introductions.
Maintain a pristine, luxurious and welcoming store environment at all times.

Operations

Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling and POS accuracy.
Support stock deliveries, transfers and back-of-house organisation.
Assist with stock counts, cycle counts and annual inventory procedures.

Brand Representation

Maintain an excellent knowledge of fragrance notes, brands, trends and fragrance culture.
Support in-store events, activations and private shopping appointments.
Represent Arabian Oud with integrity, elegance and discretion.
Maintain impeccable grooming, presentation and professional standards appropriate to a luxury environment.

Compliance & Standards

Uphold company policies, privacy requirements and health & safety regulations.
Ensure accurate pricing, ticketing and promotional execution.
Help protect company assets and minimise stock loss through diligent controls.

Key Qualifications

1–2 years’ experience in luxury retail, beauty, fragrance or premium customer service.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of fragrance categories and notes, with the ability to articulate scent stories.
Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and during key store events.

Qualifications

1–2 years of retail experience, preferably within beauty, fragrance or luxury retail.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Basic retail mathematics and POS system proficiency.
Knowledge of fragrance notes, brands and fragrance culture is advantageous.
