TECHNICIAN

COMPANY CAR AFTER 6 MONTHS

The Company

This is an extremely rare opportunity to join a high performing, expanding multi-million pound business. HPL Motors is a used car supermarket that has been running for 30 years, and we are always growing and learning. At HPL Motors, we are committed to customer care and the professional development of our team, with two Motor Trader Industry Awards under our belt for quality customer care.

As a motor vehicle technician, your work would include: ·

Finding faults·
Carrying out repairs and replacing damaged parts·
Road testing the vehicle to check the repair work·
Fitting and servicing accessories like radios and alarms·
To undertake routine maintenance of all vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and local recommendations.

*HOURS : MON-FRI 8:30 - 5:30 & ALTERNATE SATURDAY MORNINGS
COMPANY CAR AFTER 6 MONTHS*
Personal Qualities & Attributes: Good communication skills Willing to undertake further training Willing to work as a team player Commitment to Health and Safety Commitment to Equal Opportunity A knowledge of equality and diversity issues. As a minimum you will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or a City & Guilds equivalent. You will be reliable and able to work efficiently and as part of a team. You will be motivated and take pride in quality.

Salary

From £35,000 DOE
plus Bonus

Desired skills and our expectations:

Driving license required
Must perform maintenance and repairs to a high standard
Must be confident in diagnostic skills
Must have technical aptitude and knack for problem solving
Must have a can-do attitude
