A bit about what you will be doing:

We're looking for an ambitious and results-driven General Manager to spearhead one of our sites in London. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader who can innovate and drive our business forward, ensuring exceptional service for our discerning guests. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking and a knack for optimizing profits through astute financial management. With a strong focus on quality, in our food, service, and overall guest experience - you'll be working collaboratively with the senior operations team to champion a culture of innovation and inclusivity whilst fostering a collaborative environment to achieve continuous success of the restaurant.

Strategically manage financial resources, with a focus on maximizing revenue and profitability.
Develop and implement innovative pricing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Ensure the seamless operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and exceed performance targets.
Uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence in hospitality, consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Cultivate relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance the restaurant's brand and reputation.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
