We're currently looking for a creative, artistic, and detail-obsessed Personalisation Operative to join our friendly and hardworking team in Lewes during our busiest time of year — the run-up to Christmas.

This is a hands-on, full-time temporary role perfect for someone with a flair for design and a steady hand, who takes pride in creating beautifully finished, personalised products.

What You’ll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for personalising a range of our bestselling gifts using our hot hand press foil stamping machines. From layout and alignment to final finish, you’ll ensure each item meets our high standards and leaves a lasting impression on our customers.

You’ll also lend a hand across the warehouse team when needed — especially with packing, dispatching, and general operations.

Main Responsibilities

Personalisation

Use hot hand press foil stamping machines to personalise products with precision and care
Ensure exceptional quality and accuracy in every personalised item
Prepare and lay out designs/artwork for foil stamping
Keep the personalisation area clean, tidy, and well-organised
Flag and correct any quality issues promptly

General Warehouse Support

Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders efficiently
Assist with goods-in and quality control
Support the Warehouse Manager with ad hoc tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Excellent attention to detail – accuracy is essential in every personalised product
Creative flair and an artistic eye for layouts, spacing, and alignment
Confidence and experience with hands-on craft, art, or design-based tasks
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload
Good communication and a team-player attitude
Availability to work Sundays from 23rd November through to Christmas
Experience with hand-press or similar personalisation machinery is a bonus, but full training will be provided
