Full job description

Overview

We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic and customer-focused Waitresses/Bar Staff to join our growing hospitality team.

If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love creating memorable experiences for guests, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service from the moment guests arrive.
Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally.
Maintain excellent knowledge of our food and drinks menu.
Ensure tables and service areas remain clean and presentable.
Handle customer requests and resolve minor issues professionally.
Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth service.
Follow all food hygiene, licensing and health & safety regulations.
Assist with opening and closing duties.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a restaurant, bar or lounge is preferred.
A positive, friendly and professional attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service.
Well presented with excellent personal hygiene.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Right to work in the UK.

Desirable

Experience working in a cocktail bar, tapas restaurant, lounge or shisha venue.
Knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails.
Personal Licence (not essential).
