Office, Recruitment & Referrals Coordinator

Chele Care Ltd – Dorchester, Dorset

Monday–Friday | 9:00am–2:00pm

£15.00 per hour

25 hours per week

Chele Care Ltd is a CQC-registered domiciliary care provider based in Dorchester, and we are looking for a friendly, confident and highly organised person to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become an important part of Chele Care as we continue to grow our care team and services across the local community.

The role

You will be a key point of contact for Chele Care during office hours and will help us manage enquiries, referrals and recruitment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering and managing incoming telephone calls
Responding to emails and new care enquiries
Recording and following up referrals
Liaising professionally with clients, families and health & social care professionals
Advertising care vacancies and responding to applicants
Screening applicants and arranging interviews
Obtaining references and supporting DBS and other pre-employment checks
Supporting the onboarding of new care staff
Maintaining accurate recruitment and referral records
General office administration
Supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running and growth of the service

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, professional and confident on the telephone
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Proactive and able to follow tasks through to completion
Comfortable using computers, email and Microsoft Office
A good written and verbal communicator
Reliable and able to work independently
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Previous experience in administration, recruitment, health or social care would be advantageous.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone with initiative, excellent people skills and the enthusiasm to become part of a growing organisation.

What we offer

£15.00 per hour
25 hours per week
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–2:00pm
No weekend office working
