Senior Marketing Executive

Reporting to Marketing
Office based role in Cwmbran (South Wales), with regular UK & International travel
£36,000 – £38,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Valid driving license essential
24 days holiday + bank holidays

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of national multi-channel marketing strategies. Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, driving sales, and engaging retail and brand partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, self-motivated, and collaborative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll work across multiple global brands, delivering impactful marketing activations that drive awareness, retail sales and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in executing a 12-month rolling marketing plan, ensuring timely and budget-conscious implementation across multiple brands.
Support the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns and marketing activations across various channels, including retail, PR, events, and POS.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support key retail accounts with targeted marketing activations.
Present and deliver seasonal activations and report on campaign performance and insights.
Enhance brand visibility through influencer partnerships, product seeding, media coverage, and event marketing.
Coordinate brand presence at trade shows and consumer events, ensuring seamless execution.
Provide marketing assets, imagery, campaign artwork, and point-of-sale materials to support retail partners.
Work with external agencies on print, PR, and retail marketing initiatives.
Manage marketing product samples and gifting requests.
Regular travel required for meetings, events, and brand activations (UK & international).

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Essential:

3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within retail or brand marketing.
Strong knowledge of retail marketing and event management, with a strategic and creative mindset.
Proven project management experience, particularly within retail activations and events.
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, retail partners, and external agencies.
A proactive, forward-thinking approach with a positive, collaborative attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience working with marketing budgets.
Confidence in presenting ideas and results to key stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Willingness to work occasional weekends or out-of-office hours for events.
A genuine passion for active and outdoor lifestyles.

Desirable:

Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Marketing or a related field.
Experience working within an agency or managing multiple brands simultaneously.
Experience within lifestyle and fashion retail, with outdoor brand experience advantageous.
