We are seeking a full time Golf Operation Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional service and efficient operations.

This role involves assisting with the smooth day to day running of a 27 hole golf club in the village of Stockton on Forest near York.

The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, with some knowledge of golf, retail and administration

Responsibilities

Support the club by addressing enquiries, and enhancing overall members and guests satisfaction
Assist in coordinating daily operational activities within the Golf Pro shop
Contribute to organising events, meetings, or functions as required
Maintain accurate records of bookings, reservations, and other administrative tasks
Assist with team members to ensure a high quality member and guest experience

Qualifications

A knowledge of golf and willingness to learn is important
Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office or similar software

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
