Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our busy commerical Laundryservice environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of production and safety standards, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, ensure high-quality, and maintain efficient production operations. Previous management or supervising experience in a laundry or hospitality setting is highly desirable. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating staff, managing workflow, and upholding the highest standards of safety and production efficiency.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily production operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
Lead, motivate, and support team members in carrying out daily plans from Production Managment.
Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times
Oversee production processes to maintain quality standards and optimise efficiency
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive working environment
Making sure that products are produced on budget, on time and are of good quality;
Proven experience in a commerical laundry or hospitality environment
Previous management or supervising experience in a fast-paced setting is essential
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to.
Monitoring the production and quality control to detect and correct problems
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure
Good communication skills with a professional attitude towards team collaboration and customer interaction.
This role offers an engaging opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead our team while ensuring operational excellence. We value individuals committed to delivering outstanding customer service, attention to detail.
Shift supervisors work a weekly rotation, covering both morning(06.00-15.00) and late shifts(availability between 07.00-00.00) due to the seasonal nature of the industry our working hours can run up to midnight during summer months.

Pay: Up to £15.01 per hour
