Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions across the organisation. The ideal candidate will be friendly, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a busy environment. Previous office experience and administrative skills are highly desirable to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients alike.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them appropriately
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organisation
Maintain organised records and filing systems both physically and digitally
Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary supplies

Skills

Proven office experience or previous administrative roles
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in some softwares and booking systems desirable.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Friendly demeanour with a professional attitude
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively whilst maintaining accuracy
