Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Supervisor to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a passion for drinks, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
Run and lead set shifts to the highest standard.
Prepare and serve cocktails to exact specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking orders and answering queries.
Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and restocking as necessary.
Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a positive experience for all guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cocktail bar setting is essential.
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
Leadership qualities.
Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
