Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations and drive supply chain excellence. In this vital role, you will oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management processes to ensure the timely acquisition of quality goods and services. Your expertise will help optimize costs, improve supplier relationships, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
Manage end-to-end procurement processes using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms, prices, and quality standards
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of goods and materials
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and compliance documentation
Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

Requirements

Proven experience in procurement management within a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or comparable platforms
Familiarity with supply chain operations, logistics processes, and vendor management strategies
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus

Pay: £96,000.00 per year
