About Us

Jacksons Leisure Supplies is a well-established retailer specialising in accessories and equipment for campervans, motorhomes, caravans and camping. We are passionate about helping our customers get the most from their leisure vehicles and pride ourselves on offering friendly, knowledgeable service alongside quality products.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Retail Sales Assistant to join our team, we may also have a part time vacancy for the right candidate.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on retail position within our 2,000 sq ft store. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to ensure they receive a welcoming and professional shopping experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Greeting and serving customers.
Operating the till and processing sales accurately.
Answering basic customer enquiries and referring more technical questions to other team members when needed.
Helping customers find the products they’re looking for.
Keeping shelves fully stocked, tidy and well presented.
Receiving deliveries and replenishing stock.
Monitoring stock levels and helping to keep the store organised.
Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming shopping environment.
Assisting with general day-to-day store duties as required.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous retail or customer service experience.
Enjoys interacting with customers and providing excellent service.
Is organised, reliable and able to work independently.
Has good attention to detail.
Is comfortable using a computer and electronic till system.
Is physically able to lift and move boxes as part of normal stock handling.
Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.

Desirable (But Not Essential)

It would be an advantage if you have experience or an interest in:

Campervans
Motorhomes
Caravans
Camping or outdoor leisure equipment

Don’t worry if you don’t have experience in these areas—we’ll provide training to help you become familiar with our products.
