Description

Looking for a part-time role that works around your life — while offering excellent earning potential?

As part of our Retail team, you’ll welcome customers into our Preston store, help them find the perfect furniture for their home, and deliver a fantastic customer experience from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for people with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. Offering Part-time hours designed to fit around study, family life, or other commitments

This role is for 24 hours per week across 3 days.

What does the role involve?

Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
Work towards individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service
Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience
Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services
Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role

We’re looking for friendly, motivated people who enjoy working with customers and being part of a supportive team. You don’t need previous furniture sales experience to succeed with us.

Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission - many of our part-time Retail Sales Advisors earn an additional £876.00 pro rata each month.
Guaranteed commission of £400 pro rata per month in your first three months
