Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality, team management, and culinary excellence to lead by example and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise front-of-house team members, including servers and hosts, to deliver outstanding customer service.
Coordinate daily service operations, ensuring smooth flow and efficiency during busy periods.
Assist with food preparation and serving when necessary, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Oversee the setup and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and organisation in line with food safety regulations.
Monitor team performance, providing coaching and training to foster professional development.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all front-of-house activities.
Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house.
Support in managing reservations, organising seating arrangements, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality environments, ideally with supervisory or team management responsibilities.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, serving, and food safety procedures.
Knowledge of culinary techniques, food production processes, and kitchen operations is desirable.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is advantageous.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during high-pressure situations.
Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences combined with a thorough understanding of hospitality standards. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to lead a dedicated team while ensuring our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences within a welcoming environment.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
