Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Office Administrator and become the backbone of our daily operations! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact with our customers, logging orders and ensuring fantastic customer service. Your energy, organization, and proactive approach will help foster a productive and welcoming workplace. The position offers an exciting opportunity to develop into other areas such as finance, sales and marketing your administrative skills while contributing to a vibrant company culture.

Duties

Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette
Process customer orders from enquiry, through quotation, shipping and delivery.
Support the external Sales and Finance teams as required
Organise and maintain office files, records, and correspondence to ensure easy access and accuracy
Perform data entry tasks using tools like Microsoft Office and Sage to support business operations
Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking through Sage.
Provide clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and other administrative duties as needed

Requirements

Proven experience working in an office environment with strong organisational skills.
Good levels of numeracy and literacy.
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry techniques
Previous administrative experience demonstrating attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills.
Ability to type accurately and efficiently for extended periods.
Familiarity with Sage or similar financial software would be an advantage.
Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management best practices.
Familiarity with warehouse & shipping processes would be an advantage.
Must be flexible to take on a broad spectrum of tasks.
