Full job description

Job Title: General Assistant – Custom Products & Order Fulfilment
Location: Redditch
Hours: Part Time - Full Time
Salary: Depending on experience and hours worked
Start Date: ASAP

Due to planned expansion in 2026, we are excited to be growing our team and are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to assist with general duties in our busy and creative shop.

This is a hands-on role involving a variety of tasks including packaging orders, assisting with personalised product creation, and processing customer orders. Our product range includes engraved items, custom stickers, and handcrafted wooden creations.

Full training will be provided on all equipment and processes – no previous experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assisting in the production of customised products
Operating engraving equipment for items such as pens, dog tags, etc.
Creating products using laser cutting machines
Monitoring shop stock levels and reporting low inventory
Processing customer orders using our computer systems

Physically fit and prepared for active, hands-on work in a busy environment
