Remote Conveyancer

Location: Fully Remote (UK)
Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Firm

A forward-thinking and rapidly growing specialist conveyancing practice is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to join its remote team. With a strong reputation for delivering a modern, technology-driven client experience, the firm handles a high volume of residential property transactions across England and Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Conveyancer seeking the flexibility of remote working while remaining part of a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, supported by dedicated administrative and operational teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a caseload of residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
Handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors
Providing clear and proactive updates throughout the transaction process
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements
Delivering a high standard of client care and service
Working efficiently within a technology-led environment

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
Experience as a Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Property Lawyer
Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
A proactive and solution-focused approach
Confidence working within a remote and technology-driven environment
