Residential Conveyancer

Remote (UK) |

Salary: £45,000– £70,000/ £80,000 (OTE including basic and commission on conveyancing commission)

Looking for more than just another conveyancing job?

If you’re an experienced residential conveyancer who’s fed up with carrying unnecessary admin, constantly firefighting, and feeling you never have enough time to do the legal work properly, we’d like to speak to you.

We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, highly structured, and takes ownership of every file. You communicate directly and confidently while maintaining a good bedside manner. You can explain difficult legal issues clearly, manage expectations early, and keep clients calm without overcomplicating matters or avoiding difficult conversations.

You don’t simply update clients—you lead the transaction.

You’ll be someone who naturally:

Is exceptionally organised and structured.
Communicates clearly, confidently and professionally.
Has a calm, reassuring bedside manner.
Manages expectations early rather than reacting to problems later.
Finds practical legal solutions instead of creating unnecessary delay.
Builds positive relationships with clients and estate agents.
Keeps transactions progressing proactively.
Speaks confidently with clients, estate agents and other solicitors, explaining legal issues directly in plain language.
Has a genuine desire to deliver outstanding client service.

Hours

Preferably full-time
