I'm looking for someone to become my Number Two. Not someone to simply run shifts while I'm off, but someone I can invest my time into, coach, challenge and develop into a future General Manager.

The Lock Keeper is a business that turns over more than £2 million every year. It's a fast-paced, high-volume operation with an experienced team and a fantastic reputation.

Over the next few years, I want to build someone capable of running a business like this themselves.

That means you'll learn far more than opening and closing the pub.

You'll learn how to:

Lead and inspire large teams
Build a positive culture people want to be part of
Understand and manage a Profit & Loss account
Drive sales and maximise commercial opportunities
Recruit, coach and develop future leaders
Control labour, stock and costs without compromising service
Deliver exceptional guest experiences every single day
Make decisions with confidence and accountability

You'll be given genuine responsibility. Not because it's easier for me... Because that's how people grow.
