Full job description

We are seeking a friendly, bubbly, dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team and be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for visitors, clients, and staff alike. The ideal candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and a proactive attitude to a fast-paced environment, helping us maintain an efficient and friendly workplace. Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and directing them appropriately
Manage incoming calls, screen inquiries, and relay messages promptly to the relevant departments or personnel
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
Support office operations by processing mail, managing supplies inventory, and assisting with document preparation
Record visitor logs, monitor security protocols, and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
Collaborate with team members to streamline daily workflows and improve overall office efficiency

Qualifications

Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and professionalism
Previous administrative experience is highly desirable to handle diverse office tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for interacting confidently with visitors and colleagues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar office software
Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
Friendly demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
