Full job description

Sell without the admin. Watson & Gabb makes bespoke, hand-cast metallic and resin wall panels for the world's most demanding interiors. Our finishes feature in landmark hospitality and luxury residential projects internationally, from five-star hotels to flagship stores. We are a small, design-led team in Wiltshire with a serious international client base and a lot of room to grow.

This is a sales role built for how selling actually works now. You will own our client relationships and grow our sales, supported by smart systems that take care of the admin, the chasing and the record-keeping for you. That frees you to do the part that matters: talking to designers, building relationships, and winning the work.

You will take the consultative calls, steer our outreach to new designers and architects, and turn interest into specified, won projects. If you have ever felt held back by paperwork and follow-ups, this is the opposite of that.

What you'll do

Own the client relationship from first conversation through to a completed project and beyond.
Take booked video consultations with designers and architects, introduce our finishes, and build the confidence that wins a specification.
Keep our outreach and follow-ups moving and on-brand, supported by our systems.
Steer our outbound to new designers, architects and developers, and set appointments worth having.
Look after our existing clients so they come back and refer us on.
Keep the pipeline moving and hit clear, fair targets.

What we're looking for

Sales or account-management experience, and a genuine enjoyment of building relationships and growing revenue.
A confident, warm communicator on the phone, on email and on video.
Comfortable working with modern tools and systems to take the admin off their plate.
Organised, sharp on detail, and calm juggling several projects at once.
Proactive and commercially minded.

Experience in interiors, design, furniture, manufacturing or another project-based or luxury sector is a real plus, but the right attitude and commercial instinct matter most.

What we offer

£34,000 to £36,000 base plus a performance bonus that rewards the growth you bring in, with an extra bonus for landing the big projects. On-target earnings around £50,000, and it is uncapped.
