Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimize team productivity
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Payroll Processing using Sage
Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking with attention to detail
Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents

Requirements

Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and Sage Payroll
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation
Demonstrated clerical experience supporting office operations and administrative tasks
Knowledge of phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Ability to adapt quickly to new software or systems as needed
Attention to detail in managing records, schedules, and correspondence
