Full job description

At Prime Motors, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality used vehicles and exceptional customer service. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to become the first point of contact for our customers and support the smooth operation of our busy sales and mechanical workshop.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional, fast-paced dealership where customer satisfaction and continuous business improvement are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via email with a friendly and professional approach.
Manage customer enquiries relating to vehicle sales, servicing, repairs, and aftersales support.
Book vehicles into the workshop for servicing, MOTs, diagnostics, and repairs.
Liaise closely with workshop technicians to provide customers with timely updates on vehicle progress.
Prepare accurate repair estimates, invoices, and service documentation.
Coordinate workshop schedules to maximise efficiency and minimise customer waiting times.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain accurate customer records using dealership management systems.
Support the sales team with administration and customer follow-up.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, workshop efficiency, and overall business performance.
Promote additional services and products where appropriate, including service plans, warranties, and vehicle care packages.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a customer service, service advisor, or automotive environment is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
A positive, professional, and customer-first attitude.
Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy workshop environment.
Good computer literacy and administrative skills.
A proactive approach with a willingness to contribute ideas that help the business grow.
Knowledge of the motor trade is an advantage but not essential, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
