Full job description

We are seeking dedicated and diligent individuals to join our team. Prior experience in dessert preparation or the hospitality sector is advantageous; however, comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates following an assessment. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Preparation of desserts and beverages.
Handling customer telephone inquiries. Processing orders received in person, via telephone, and through online platforms such as Uber, Just Eat, and Deliveroo.
Organizing, preparing, packaging, and dispatching orders to delivery personnel.
Demonstrating the ability to perform effectively under pressure and collaborate within a dynamic team environment.
Participating in end-of-shift cleaning duties with colleagues.
Possessing exceptional communication skills to address customer queries effectively.
Successful candidates will receive full food and hygiene training, culminating in a Level 2 certification upon completion.

This opportunity is exclusively for full-time personnel. We are not considering applicants who are only available for holiday periods or who cannot commit to full-time employment thereafter. We appreciate your understanding in respecting both your time and ours.
A mandatory requirement for this role is the ability to work until 2:30 AM, including weekends.
