The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your job is simple in principle and challenging in practice:

Start conversations.
Book quality appointments.
Create real sales opportunities.

You’ll be the first point of contact for decision-makers (typically Managing Directors and business owners) and a key driver of new revenue. This is not a passive role. If you enjoy momentum, targets, and winning—this will suit you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Proactively contacting UK businesses via outbound calling
Identifying pain points around phones, connectivity, and costs
Booking qualified appointments for the sales team
Maintaining accurate notes and updates in the CRM
Hitting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity targets
Continuously improving call confidence, messaging, and objections handling

What We’re Looking For

Organised and reliable
Previous SDR / telesales experience is a bonus, not essential
