About Us:
Soltyre Ltd is a well-established, independent tyre specialist serving both retail and commercial customers across Scotland and the North West of England. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our Head Office team and bring on an enthusiastic Central Billing Administrator.

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Head Office support team in Bathgate. Reporting to the Business Support Manager, as a Central Billing Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of our team, supporting the day-to-day billing for our 4 branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, generate and distribute accurate invoices to our customers
Verify billing and pricing information
Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer queries
Collaborate with sales and centre managers to ensure billing accuracy
Meet month end closing deadlines and reporting
Support management by providing outstanding billing data
Provide general administrative support.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who:

Has strong numerical skills and a proactive approach.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Is proficient in Microsoft Office.
Has excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time, office-based position in Bathgate, Monday to Friday.
