We are currently recruiting for Bulk Process Operators for our manufacturing site in Irvine.

Job Purpose:

Carry out Process operations in line with all standard operating procedures to manufacture product as per production plan. This includes picking stock, weighing, and charging off works orders.
Ensure all process areas and equipment are maintained to the required levels of GMP and cleanliness.
Ensure all products complies with all quality requirements.
Control of raw material and ensuring minimum waste.
Ensuring all health, safety and environmental standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

Monitor and report process status vs plan requirements.
Complete all documentation relevant to process.
Area cleanliness.
Achievement of process targets for efficiency, quality and cost.
Operate all required machinery and equipment in line with health and safety requirements.
Contribution to continuous improvement.
Monitor product quality and take corrective action in the event of deviation from standards.
Monitor all waste stream and take corrective action in the event of deviation from standards.
Take responsibility for personal and team safety with particular focus on PPE and safety systems.
Contribute to all team processes and strive for continuous improvement in all areas of the operations.
