Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food and Beverage Supervisor/Duty Manager to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional service standards, and maintain a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety protocols, and elevate the overall guest experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary knowledge, supervisory skills, and passion for hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Supervise daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high quality standards and consistency
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food production procedures
Manage guest interactions by serving with professionalism and addressing any concerns promptly
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and optimal food presentation
Conduct staff training on service excellence, safety protocols, and culinary techniques
Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to prevent shortages
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across all service areas

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
Experience in food safety practices and adherence to health regulations
Knowledge of restaurant operations including serving protocols, barista experience is a plus
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Solid understanding of hospitality principles with a focus on guest satisfaction
Previous hotel or restaurant experience highly desirable
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
