Unpack, check, and organize stock deliveries efficiently to keep product displays fully replenished and presented neatly.
Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing merchandise displays in line with brand standards.
Assist with inventory checks, price audits, and stock replenishment using digital handheld tools.
Follow store health, safety, and security policies across all sales floor and stockroom areas.

Team Collaboration & Skill Building

Collaborate closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily store targets and operational goals.
Pitch in during peak trading hours to maintain short checkout wait times and high service levels.
Attend shift briefings, product briefings, and ongoing skill development workshops.
Share practical ideas with supervisors to help improve floor management and customer service workflows.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and active listening skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
High dependability, punctuality, and comfort working on your feet during active floor shifts.
Practical attention to detail when handling inventory, cash transactions, and product displays.
Ability to learn digital till systems and handheld inventory software quickly.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative on daily tasks independently.
Flexibility to work varied shift patterns across the week, including weekends or peak trade days.
