Customer Service Representative | Sheffield | Full-Time | Entry Level

We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Sheffield.

This is an exciting opportunity to begin or develop your career in customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve enquiries, provide product and service information, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Support customer retention by providing a consistently high standard of service.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with the team.
