Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales & Marketing professional to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to promote our products and services, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals to meet organisational targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Manage sales pipelines efficiently using IT tools, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping.
Drive promotional activities, including attending industry events and networking functions.
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Prepare reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client interactions for management review.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings or events.
Proven experience in B2B sales, demonstrating successful deal closures.
Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanour.
Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in IT systems including CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant tools.
Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
