The role

Client Services Adviser

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Salary (dependant on experience)
Full Time position,
Permanent Contract
Location: Leighton Buzzard, 5 Vimy Court, Vimy Road, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 1FG
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with an hour for lunch.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Leighton Buzzard Agency office of NFU Mutual Bedfordshire.

About the role:

Your role will include dealing with incoming queries, quotations and payments. Handling existing motor, personal and commercial insurance policies for our current customers as well as initiating policies for clients new to NFU Mutual. You’ll apply your excellent, professional telephone manner to deal with any queries and to build long term relationships with our loyal customers. With your flexible approach you’ll provide administrative support and perform other office duties as required with a ‘can-do’, pro-active enthusiasm.

About you:

You will be able to demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.

You will have good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.

Sales and/or customer service experience is desirable however, insurance experience is not needed.

A positive, people orientated approach to everything you do.

I.T. literacy is essential.

Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) essential.

Above all though, you’ll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused team. In return, you can expect full training in order to become licensed to sell NFU Mutual’s products in a friendly and supportive environment.
