Job Summary

Join our vibrant team at the murphy as a Bar Staff member, where your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the friendly face behind the bar, serving drinks with precision and flair while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will keep operations running smoothly, making every guest feel valued and satisfied. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following standard recipes and safety guidelines
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver exceptional service with a positive attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
Manage cash transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems, providing correct change and receipts
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving and prevent overconsumption
Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients and tools are available for service
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours and special events

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage handling
Experience working in a restaurant or bar environment is highly desirable
Ability to serve confidently while maintaining professionalism and friendliness
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members seamlessly
