Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Brunch Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft delicious and visually appealing brunch dishes that delight our guests and elevate their dining experience. As a key member of our kitchen, you will lead food preparation, oversee kitchen operations during brunch hours, and deliver with energy and enthusiasm. Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and cooking of all brunch menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met.
Manage food production processes, including ingredient prep, plating, and presentation to ensure visually appealing dishes.
Oversee food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations.
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of dishes and smooth overall service flow.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders for ingredients as needed, and minimize waste through effective stock management.
Foster a positive kitchen environment by demonstrating leadership, encouraging creativity, and promoting hospitality excellence.

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting, particularly in breakfast or brunch service.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene.
Excellent culinary skills with an eye for detail in food presentation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
Experience in food production, kitchen operations, and serving guests in a fast-paced environment.
