An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender & Mixologist to join our vibrant team at Orange Grove Hotel & Gardens. Nestled in over 25,000 square feet of Victorian splendour and set within 9 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and woodlands, Orange Grove Hotel & Gardens is a destination like no other. Our venue is conveniently located between Fareham and Southampton, just minutes from Junction 9 of the M27

28 unique and spacious hotel suites for both leisure and business guests.
A range of seasonal, guest-focused food and beverage options, from breakfast and brunch to dinner, afternoon tea, and Sunday roasts.
Elegant dining spaces, including the Montefiore Suite and Boardroom, along with intimate garden pods for outdoor dining.
A 65+ cover restaurant and a relaxed cocktail bar in the main building.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and serve a range of high-quality cocktails and beverages to our guests with precision and flair.
Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
Ensure the smooth operation of the bar, always maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Handle cash and card transactions following company procedures.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations and licensing laws.

About You:

At least one year’s experience in a similar bartending or hospitality role.
Passion for mixology and a strong knowledge of cocktails.
Barista-trained (preferred but not essential).
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with guests.
Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure.
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
A commitment to upholding high standards in all aspects of the role.
