Process Line Operator

Permanent | Full-time
£13.53 per hour

EGL Homecare Ltd is a family-run business that’s been around since 1979. We’ve grown into one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of cleaning products like scourers, cloths, and sponges. We supply big names like Sainsbury’s, Amazon, Aldi, and M&S.

We’re now looking for a Process Line Operator to join our friendly team at our Shoeburyness site.

What you’ll be doing

Helping run production lines that make cleaning cloths
Working with chemicals (full training provided)
Taking finished rolls of cloth and carrying out quality checks
Cleaning machinery using industrial pressure washers and vacuums
Keeping the work area clean and safe
Working at heights when needed
Manual handling (lifting up to 30kg)
Working in a warm environment

Shift pattern

7am – 7pm (4 X 12-hour shifts)
Tuesday to Friday rota
44 hours per week

Reliable and punctual
Happy with physical, hands-on work
Comfortable working in a warm environment and at heights
Team player with a good attitude
Able to get to site on time
