Patient Services & Sales Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Patient Services & Sales Coordinator to join our private healthcare clinic.

This is a patient-facing sales role focused on managing enquiries, explaining our services, converting enquiries into bookings and providing an excellent experience throughout the patient journey.

Previous healthcare experience is not required.

Full training will be provided on our services, including TRT and hormone health services, private blood testing, health screening, vitamin injections, IV therapies and other clinic services.

What is essential is a strong sales background, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to confidently sell services and convert enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to telephone, online and in-clinic enquiries promptly and professionally.
Build rapport with prospective and existing patients.
Understand what the patient is looking for and explain the relevant services available.
Clearly communicate service options, packages, pricing and the patient journey.
Convert enquiries into consultations, blood tests and other clinic appointments.
Follow up prospective patients who have enquired but have not yet booked.
Support patients through the enquiry and booking process for TRT and hormone health services.
Promote relevant clinic services to prospective and existing patients.
Identify appropriate opportunities for repeat bookings and additional services.
Follow up patients regarding reviews, repeat testing and ongoing appointments where appropriate.
Maintain accurate enquiry, booking and follow-up records.
Work towards agreed sales, booking and conversion targets.
Provide a professional and welcoming patient experience.
Work closely with the clinical team and refer any clinical questions or concerns to an appropriately qualified clinician.

About You

We welcome applicants from a wide range of sales backgrounds.

You may have experience in:

Sales
Telephone sales
Consultative sales
Service sales
Account management
Recruitment
Membership or fitness sales
Automotive sales
Property or estate agency
Hospitality or leisure sales
Customer relationship roles

You do not need previous healthcare experience.

We are looking for someone who already knows how to sell, build relationships and convert enquiries. We will provide the training required to understand and confidently communicate our healthcare services.

Essential Skills and Experience

A proven track record in sales.
Experience converting enquiries or leads into sales, bookings or customers.
Confident and professional communication skills.
Strong telephone manner.
Ability to build rapport quickly.
Comfortable discussing services and pricing.
Confident following up prospective customers.
Able to identify customer needs and explain suitable service options.
Comfortable working towards sales and conversion targets.
Excellent customer service skills.
Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups.
Professional, reliable and commercially aware.

Desirable but Not Essential

Experience selling services rather than physical products.
Previous experience within private healthcare, clinics, fitness, wellbeing or a related environment.
A background, qualification or interest in healthcare, medical sciences, biomedical science, life sciences or a related scientific field.
Confidence using digital platforms to support communication, administration, follow-ups and day-to-day productivity.

Training

Full training will be provided on all relevant clinic services and patient pathways.

Previous medical or healthcare knowledge is not required.

The successful candidate will be trained to understand and confidently explain our services while remaining within the scope of a non-clinical role.

Pay: £25,420.00-£29,250.00 per year
