Full job description

We’re looking for a fun, hardworking, detail-oriented person to join our small, friendly team at TreatBox.

We create personalised gift boxes that are sent all over the world, and we genuinely care about making every single order feel special. Every message, every product, every detail matters - and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. We work to daily targets, so being able to work efficiently while maintaining high standards is really important.

Order Preparation & Gift Wrapping

Writing personalised gift messages (neat, clear handwriting is essential)
Carefully assembling and beautifully gift-wrapping orders
Maintaining high standards by checking details to make sure each box feels perfect

Warehouse & Fulfilment

Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
Working towards daily packing targets as part of the team
Keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and organised
Supporting the team across all areas of fulfilment
Being active for most of the day

Content Participation

The option to take part in occasional social media content (e.g. appearing in “Meet the team” content and group photos)
No experience needed - just a willingness to get involved!

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

Extremely detail-driven with high personal standards
Able to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
Reliable, organised, and punctual
Hardworking and able to stay focused in a busy, fast-paced environment
Calm under pressure, especially during peak periods
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Available to work Saturdays as part of a weekly rota
Happy working in a warehouse environment (Which is cold in the winter - so you'll need to wrap up!)

Contract & Hours

Working hours are between 9am–4pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday shifts (8am–1pm) are shared fairly across the team, with a minimum of two Saturdays per month required. Additional Saturdays may be required during busier periods of the year.
Shifts are organised via a monthly rota provided in advance
Flexibility is important, particularly during busy seasonal periods.
Probationary period: There will be an initial 3-month probationary period, with regular feedback and support throughout. The probationary period may be extended if required.
