Busy logistics company requires a Logistics Administrator to help with day to day business tasks.

All Counties Vehicle Logistics Limited is a busy and growing vehicle movements company. Established in 2012, we have a growing team made up of customer service, administration, planning, and accounts professionals.

Job description

We are looking for a Transport Administrator to join our existing team and support daily administration tasks.

I need you to ideally possess the following essential skills:

Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of project management procedures
Good organisation and administrative skills
A keen eye for detail

Day to day activities

Email management -Responding to customer and internal enquiries efficiently
Order Processing – Inputting customer orders into our bespoke system.
Customer Management – Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Driver Coordination – Updating and maintaining driver schedules while verifying all details for the planning department.
Quality Control – Checking collected and delivered vehicles, ensuring any issues are spotted and reported.

Our benefits

Salary negotiable depending on experience
Working hours 9.00am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)

We have both full-time and part-time positions available.

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Part-time: Hours are negotiable within Monday - Friday and can be agreed to suit the successful candidate.

Pay: From £26,437.00 per year

Experience:

Administrative: 1 year (required)
Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
