Full job description

Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team with administrative, customer service, and reporting activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent support to both customers and internal stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about providing outstanding administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Generate and distribute sales reports and performance data.
Assist with customer onboarding and account set-up.
Support the management of contracts, renewals, and documentation.
Ensure all sales administration processes comply with company policies.
Assist the Logistics department with administration tasks.

Skills and Experience

Essential

Previous experience in an administrative or support role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience using ERP or order management systems.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong customer service skills.

Desirable

Experience supporting a sales team.
Knowledge of sales processes and reporting.
Experience with CRM systems.
