West Suffolk College, Bury St Edmunds
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent
Salary: £24,570 - £25,401 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)

We are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to join our welcoming team at West Suffolk Colelge. As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will represent the centre with warmth and efficiency, ensuring every visitor, student and parent receives an excellent standard of service. You will liaise with curriculum teams and departments to provide accurate information, support appointments and events and maintain a smooth flow of communication.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will undertake a range of reception and administrative duties including handling phone and email enquiries, managing post and parcels, processing data, supporting with cash handling and maintaining publicity materials. You will also play an active role in key events such as open evenings, interviews and enrolments, while ensuring compliance with data protection and health and safety.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive and professional approach, and the ability to remain calm and organised under pressure. Experience in a customer-focused role, good IT skills, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional service are essential.
