Equans is looking for a Mobile Handyperson to join our team covering Hampshire. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the Southern Water Estate
Support the helpdesk and operational teams with maintenance activities
Supervise subcontractors and report any issues promptly
Maintain accurate statutory records and compliance documentation
Perform water hygiene tasks including legionella control checks
Undertake general handyman duties such as carpentry painting plumbing and building repairs
Manage deliveries post and parcels and assist with office moves and relocations
Ensure health and safety standards are met and promote good safety habits
Provide excellent customer service and support front of house areas

Who are you?

Proven experience in a facilities management or similar environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Good IT skills including Word and Excel
Full UK driving licence
Qualifications such as GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths and IOSH Working Safely certificate
Understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices
