Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to lead our transportation operations and optimize our vehicle and logistics management. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the coordination, maintenance, and efficiency of our fleet to ensure seamless delivery and transportation services. Your expertise in logistics systems, supply chain processes, and communication will drive operational excellence and support our company's growth objectives.

Duties

Manage and monitor the entire fleet of vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular analysis of fleet operations using analysis skills to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
Plan routes
Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and internal teams via phone etiquette and clear messaging to facilitate smooth operations.
Supervise vehicle maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and manage documentation related to fleet upkeep.
Support supply chain activities by integrating transportation plans with overall logistics strategies for timely deliveries.Qualifications
Proven experience managing transportation or fleet operations within a logistics or supply chain environment
Excellent analysis skills for evaluating operational data to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional data entry capabilities.
Ability to multitask effectively with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
