Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, picking and packing orders, answering the telephone and sorting the post.

Hours of work Tuesday to Friday 9:00-5:30PM

Responsibilities

Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
Performing data entry tasks accurately using Xero accounting software
Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office activities
Supporting accounts payable/receivable processes and invoicing procedures
Providing general administrative support to team members as needed

Qualifications

Office experience with strong organisational skills
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is desirable
Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated attention to detail and organisational ability
Good time Keeping and reliability is essential

This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a dynamic administrative position within a supportive team environment. The successful applicant will possess a proactive approach, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities efficiently.
