Join Caring Hands Services

Are you confident, outgoing, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and healthcare recruitment?

Caring Hands Services is looking for motivated student volunteers to support our business development and marketing campaigns with local nursing homes and care providers.

About Us

Caring Hands Services is a healthcare recruitment agency providing qualified nurses, carers, and support staff to nursing homes, residential homes, and care organisations.

The Role

As a Student Marketing Volunteer, you will:

Visit nursing homes and care homes within the local area
Introduce Caring Hands Services to managers and decision-makers
Promote our staffing and recruitment services
Build professional relationships with care providers
Support the onboarding of new clients

What We Offer

Flexible part-time hours (approximately 20 hours per week)
Travel expenses covered
£350 commission for every successful client referral/onboarding
Valuable experience in marketing, sales, and healthcare recruitment
Friendly and supportive working environment

Confident and professional communicators
Friendly, motivated, and approachable
Comfortable speaking with businesses face-to-face
Self-driven and eager to gain real-world experience
