Assistant Store Manager

Chesham (In-store)

About the Role

Behind every successful store is a strong, driven leadership team. We are looking for a confident, sales driven Assistant Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment and leads from the front.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Loves hitting and exceeding targets
Is motivated by results, pace, and progression
Brings energy, resilience, and accountability every day

You won't just support the store, you will help drive performance, develop your team and play a key role in creating an environment where success naturally follows.

Your day to day responsibilities

Leading from the front to deliver strong sales performance and set the standard on the shop floor
Coaching, developing and motivating a high performing, target driven team
Driving sales and KPIs through hands on leadership and strong commercial awareness
Creating a warm, friendly, luxury in store experience for every customer
Supporting the Store Manager to deliver store targets and overall performance
Taking ownership of the store, including its performance, in the absence of the Store Manager
Using data, insight and instinct to identify opportunities and maximise performance
