About the Team
The Content Team sits within the Marketing Studio and supports colleagues across the National Autistic Society by delivering high-quality design, copywriting, videography and photography projects. The team works with stakeholders from Fundraising, Marketing, Communications, Policy and Campaigns to create engaging content that raises awareness and supports our mission.

About the Role
As a Junior Production Assistant, you will support the smooth delivery of creative projects across the Content Team. Working closely with the Production Manager and Creative Lead, you'll help coordinate incoming briefs, support production planning, manage permissions for content, and assist with scheduling and workflow management. This role has been created to support increased creative demand ahead of the National Autistic Society's position as the TCS London Marathon Charity of the Year and offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in content production and marketing.

What You’ll Do

Support the Production Manager by ensuring inbound briefs contain all the information needed for production.
Assist the Creative Lead with scheduling and planning photoshoots.
Help manage consent and permissions for content featuring supporters, fundraisers and donors.
Monitor project progress using Asana and help move work efficiently through the production pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

Experience managing work to deadlines and collaborating effectively within a team.
Excellent planning, organisational and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to prioritise workload, manage competing demands and maintain attention to detail.

This advert is for a Part Time, Fixed Term position working 14 hours per week on a 10-month fixed-term contract.

The salary advertised is the Full-Time equivalent.

This role is home-based
