Website Sales Representative

Northweight is a growing UK-based web design business helping small businesses improve their online presence with modern, professional websites.

We are looking for motivated Website Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team on a self-employed, commission-based basis.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is confident speaking to business owners, enjoys sales, and wants the flexibility to work remotely.

The Role

You will be responsible for contacting UK businesses and introducing them to Northweight’s website design services.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Making outbound calls to potential business customers
Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers
Identifying businesses that could benefit from a new or improved website
Explaining Northweight’s website packages clearly and professionally
Following up with interested prospects
Closing website sales
Keeping accurate records of leads and sales through our CRM
Working towards personal sales targets

You will be provided with lead lists, sales guidance, scripts and the tools required to get started.

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience is useful but not essential.

We’re looking for people who are:

Confident speaking on the phone
Comfortable making cold calls
Self-motivated and target-driven
Professional and personable
Good at building rapport with customers
Able to work independently
Persistent without being pushy
Organised and reliable

If you’ve worked in sales, recruitment, telesales, business development, estate agency, insurance, telecoms or another target-driven environment, this could be a particularly good fit.

Commission

This is a self-employed commission-based position, meaning your earning potential is directly linked to your results.

You will earn commission on every website sale you successfully close.

Our website packages currently range from approximately £399 to £999+, giving strong earning potential for successful representatives.

There are also opportunities to earn from additional services and ongoing management plans.

Commission is paid once the customer’s payment has cleared.

There is no fixed salary, so this role is best suited to someone who is comfortable working towards their own income targets.
